General Bonus Terms and Conditions

These General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonuses and promotions offered on the 9vgo platform. By participating in any bonus or promotion, you agree to these terms and to any Promotional Specific Terms that accompany a given offer. If a Promotional Specific Term conflicts with these General Terms, the Promotional Specific Term prevails for that promotion.

Governing Law and Language

The terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If there is a discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility and Account Status

Wagering and Playthrough

Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses. A wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus (and, where applicable, the associated deposit) must be wagered before any winnings may be withdrawn. Absent the Promotional Specific Terms, the default wagering framework is as follows:

Game contributions toward wagering are determined by the promotion terms. Restrictions and Limitations

During wagering on an active bonus, there is a maximum stake per wager as defined in the promotion or, if not stated, a standard cap of the currency equivalent of €5 per bet/round. A bet exceeding the limit or a wager on a game excluded from bonuses may void the portion of the wager attributable to the bonus and may suspend or void the bonus and related winnings.

Bonuses are intended for fair play.
