Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of 9vgo online gambling services. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. 9vgo may modify these Terms at any time with immediate effect upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Definitions

• Account: your unique user profile that enables access to the Services.
• Bonus Money: promotional funds credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• Coins or Credits: virtual funds used to participate in Games; not real money unless expressly stated.
• Wagering: the act of placing bets or stakes on Games using funds in your Account.
• Games: the software based casino, sportsbook, live dealer, and other gaming products offered by 9vgo.
• Withdrawal: a request to transfer funds from your 9vgo account to a linked payment method, subject to verification and compliance checks.
• Dispute: any unresolved issue relating to account activity, wagering, or payments.

Eligibility

You must be of the minimum legal age to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction and reside in a location where online gambling is lawful and accessible. 9vgo may require verification of age and residence. If you cannot demonstrate compliance within 30 days of registration, 9vgo may suspend or terminate your account without notice.

Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Sharing access with others, including minors, is prohibited. You must promptly notify 9vgo of any suspected unauthorized use. 9vgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for any reason, with or without notice, and to forfeit balances where permitted by law.

Wagering and Gameplay

Wagering must be conducted with funds credited to your Account. Bets placed with non credited funds are void. The total stake on a wager must be at least equal to the amount deposited; failure to meet this requirement may prevent withdrawal. Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be canceled except in exceptional circumstances such as missettlements. 9vgo's records are the final authority on wager outcomes. Winnings are subject to applicable tax and regulatory withholdings as required by law. 9vgo may refuse to process or settle wagers in cases of abuse or fraud.

Disconnection, Delays and Game Availability

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during a game, 9vgo will apply its Disconnection Policy to determine results. If you reconnect within a defined grace period, you may resume play where possible. If you fail to reconnect within the grace period, the opponent may be deemed the winner and Coins may be deducted or forfeited. 9vgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a game or service for technical reasons without liability for losses resulting from such suspension or termination.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification

9vgo may require identification and verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include government issued ID, proof of address, and recent payment instrument details. Failure to provide requested documents may delay or void withdrawals. The following limits apply unless stated otherwise in a promotion or product terms: per withdrawal maximum, 20,000; 30 day rolling withdrawal limit, 100,000. Processing times vary by payment method and may be extended for verification purposes. Fees may apply for certain methods depending on the jurisdiction and method chosen. Currency and payment method availability depend on your location and are subject to change.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus Money refers to promotional funds that may be awarded under promotions. Bonus Money is not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements are satisfied as set out in the terms and conditions of the specific promotion. The rollover requirement is calculated as a multiple of the sum of the deposited amount and the bonus, and contributions from different game types vary. Some games may not count toward the rollover, and promotions may specify which games contribute to wagering. 9vgo reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion or bonus and to reclaim bonus funds or winnings in cases of fraud, misuse, or non-compliance with these Terms or promotional terms. Only one account per person, household, or IP address may participate in a given promotion, unless explicitly allowed by promotion terms.

Intellectual Property

All software, content and materials on 9vgo are owned by 9vgo or its licensors. Access is licensed, not transferred. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for personal entertainment in connection with the Services. No rights to any content are granted beyond this license. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any content without written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection

9vgo processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your data as described in that policy. 9vgo may share information where required by law or to protect its rights and customers. You have rights to access, correct and delete personal data as provided by applicable law.

Disputes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9vgo operates, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in the specified jurisdiction or, where permitted, in court. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. Class actions are not permitted unless required by law.

Changes to Terms and Termination

9vgo may modify these Terms at any time. Materials describing changes will be posted on the 9vgo site and shall become effective upon posting. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes. 9vgo may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and may forfeit balances where allowed by law. Promotions, bonuses, and outstanding withdrawals may be affected by termination.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms and any applicable promotional terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 9vgo and supersede all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic or oral.
